Anjum founded Optima Designs in 2014 with the Legendary Adwoman Lilamani Dias Benson. Anjum is now the sole owner of Optima Designs. Anjum’s career started at Commercial Bank of Ceylon Ltd and subsequently she joined the National Development Bank. After 15 years in Banking, she changed industries and moved into running a niche design and publishing Company Copyline, before setting up Optima Designs. Building it to be one of the most awarded design companies specialising in Annual Reports and book publishing. Reputed for professionalism, exceptional design, agility and annual report regulatory and compliance standards. She has a BSc in Business/Marketing from New Hampshire College, USA and a MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Sri Jayawardenapura.

CIM qualified Renata has been part of the industry for over 15 years and is often the calm one when found at the eye of the storm. Gracious and undaunted, she ensures that each Optima project is timed and delivered to perfection.

As the Head of Studio,  Madawa supervises and monitors the layout design aspect of the design process and ensures that all Optima outputs, whether printed or digital, are produced to the highest quality standards. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in page design and printing, Madawa has the technical expertise and industry knowledge to coordinate between Optima’s design and layout teams as well as external printing services providers to ensure Optima products retain their unique design elements and vibrant colours that are the Optima trademark.

With over 20 years of experience, Dilukshi is all about design. Chasing the next big idea, her enthusiasm for pushing the limits of creativity has not only resulted in some hilarious stories but also the production of some of the most innovative annual reports in Sri Lanka.

Firmly in the driving seat as he coordinates production, Indunil overlooks the print aspects of all our projects, making sure that our creative ideas become tangible in the best ways possible. He is also responsible for the procurement process, handling our suppliers and building a dynamic rapport with them so that the process is as smooth as possible ensuring Optima products are delivered on time and are of the highest quality.
